Our Sweet and Sassy Kimber turned 5!! She has been waiting for her birthday for a few months now and was so excited that it FINALLY CAME!! She had a combined friend party with Lucy Brown....but I cannot find any of the pictuers :( They had a 'slumber party' from 6 to 8pm. The girls came in their PJ's and we had all sorts of fun! We had fun snacks, painted toenails, the girls did their own make up. Then, we closed down the house, moved the furniture and gave them all glow sticks and danced and danced! It was a wild and super fun party!! (I will work on finding the pictures!) It was super cute!
Ben was on nights and worked the night before her birthday. He got home about 9am and stayed awake for her fun day :) What a super-daddy! She had been wanting to go to the indoor bounce/party place in Albuquerque. So we headed there as a family and had a BLAST!
The girls sat on the car racing arcade games for a few minutes at a time and pretended to drive....who needs quarters! They thought they were driving and said it was just like on "Wreck it Ralph."
We also had a rousing game of air hockey....switching from the girls playing to Ben and I playing throughout. It was super fun!
She wanted a mermaid cake....since I am no cake decorator....I feel like it turned out great with my weak skills :) She LOVED it and that is what counts!
Keeping the Baker tradition alive and buttered her nose :)
We LOVE our little Kimber! She keeps us on our toes and she NEVER forgets anything. Her favorite color is Blue, her favorite food is spaghetti and ravioli. Her favorite toy is her grey kitty with the "Kimber Anne's Fan" shirt. If she could go anyplace she would go "with mama to the splashpad at the rainbow park!" She wants to be a rockstar when she grows up, and her favorite song is "Firework" by Katy Perry.
